Processing Time

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at myvirgovenus@gmail.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
  • A photo of the packaging (including the shipping label)

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.
